OCD isn’t simply “being neat” or “liking things straight and organized”.

OCD is a diagnosable medical condition which is the 10th leading cause of disability in the world.

OCD can make us feel like we’re going crazy. In fact, OCD makes a lot of sense (in its own way).

Finding an OCD treatment provider can help us understand what we’re experiencing and how to feel better.

Living with OCD can be tough. Appropriate OCD treatment can help. A lot.

Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.

OCD Twin Cities is a nonprofit organization and an affiliate of the International OCD Foundation.

We serve the Twin Cities community of individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and obsessive-compulsive related disorders (OCDR), their family and friends, mental health professionals, and other concerned individuals by raising awareness of and facilitating treatment for OCD and OCDR.
