Mind Matters Collective

Mind Matters Collective is a specialty mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with OCD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, depression, ARFID, perinatal mental health concerns, and related conditions. We are in-network with most insurance plans including Medical Assistance.

All of our therapists are trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).  In addition, several of our providers within the group also specializes in Inferential Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), an emerging evidence-based treatment for OCD, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our providers participate in ongoing consultation and advanced training to ensure our care reflects the latest research and clinical best practices.

We offer a collaborative model of care that includes psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, and nutrition services with an emphasis on gut-brain axis (when needed), allowing clients to receive comprehensive, coordinated treatment tailored to their individual needs.
