Twin Cities OCD Support Group serves people dealing with Obsessive-compulsive disorder, and those in a relationship with someone with OCD, in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs.

Halcyon Island OCD Support Group

Experience a sense of community in a safe, supportive space where you can express feelings, as well as obtain education from experts, and gain valuable insight and practical ideas from other OCD families/friends.

This is a support group for family members and friends of people with OCD and related conditions, facilitated by Dan Neumann, LICSW. This is an open group, meaning you can start or leave at any time. You are encouraged to attend regularly, as this can be beneficial for both you and the group, however you are free to attend when it suits you.

Adult In-Person OCD Support Group

Duration: Open and rolling group
When: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Where: Virtual
Investment: $60 per session

This in-person group provides a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals managing OCD. Participants can connect with others who understand their experiences, share strategies, and reinforce the skills learned in therapy. The group is ideal for those actively in treatment or in remission and is designed to enhance, not replace, ongoing therapy.

OCD Men's Virtual Support Group

When: Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Investment: $60 per session

This men’s virtual support group creates a safe space for individuals currently undergoing therapy for OCD or those in remission to share their experiences and further their recovery journey. It is designed as a supportive addition to ongoing therapy.
